DORE ALLEY - Let the InterroGAYtion begin

We will guide you through the registration for the InterroGAYtion event. This will also be your Liability Waiver for the Event. So please read it carefully - you are about to sign a legal document.
But first, we want to walk you through the ticket process:

- Tickets are $70* for both Guards (Tops) and Inmates (Bottoms).
After completing this form (which approximately will take 4 minutes) you will be taken to the ticket purchase page

- Guards (Top) You can purchase a ticket right away (as long as available).

- Inmates (Bottoms) may purchase a Golden or Diamond Ticket (VERY LIMITED) if any are available. (Read more about tickets on our Ticket-information page)

In general, you will not find Inmate tickets readily available. They are released by a random lottery, and the amount is linked to the sale of Guard Tickets. This way we try to make sure that all Guests have the best chance of fun during the event. We know this system is not perfect - it is the best way to be fair and control the flow of the event. So please bear with us!

By filling out the following waiver information and choosing to be an Inmate, you will be added to the Mare lottery automatically.

As Guard tickets are purchased, we will randomly draw emails from the lottery and then provide the winners with instructions on purchasing a ticket. They have 24 hours to buy the ticket or we draw a new winner. Two days before the Events this time will go down to 12 hours.

The more Guards we have, the more Inmate tickets we will open up for sale.
We DO NOT send out an email to Inmates who are not chosen! Just like in the real-life lottery, there will be no notification that you have not won!

We always will have cancellations up until the day of the event which we fill from the Inmate application via a draw. Please be aware that there will be a Question at the end if you are in the City at the Time of the event, to only inform winners that are able to make it on short notice (like the day before or on the day of the event).

If you want to ensure you won't miss the chance to go (and if you are versatile enough) and help with opening more Inmate tickets, you can buy a ticket to go as a Guard.
You would attend as a Guard unless you get chosen in the random lottery. If you are chosen from the lottery during a draw, you simply let us know that you want your Guard Ticket merged into an Inmate Ticket.

We welcome all self-identifying males of all races, body types, ages, colors, sizes, etc... This is why we do not collect any information that would make a preselection possible.

WE NEVER DO ANY PRESELECTION - there might be events where it would be needed when it is a special theme, but we will let all applicants know this beforehand.

As an Inmate, you decide during the intake interview if you want to be ruled to go into the different Cellblock or stay in the General population only. If you are not into the kinks that we present in the other Cellblocks - we make sure you will not get in trouble.

Now that we have that out of the way - lets get serious!

Please note that the registration must be fully worked through to be valid! So bear with us - there is nothing surprising coming up - just the regular waiver that you sign in person when you go into an adult event. But we want to make sure we have a fast check-in at the event and you have enough time to go through!

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY ( VOLUNTARY WAIVER AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY)

The U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (ESIGN) Act in 2000 legislated that electronic signatures are legal in every state and U.S. territory where federal law applies. You are hereby informed that you are agreeing to be bound to the terms of this document when you sign it digitally. You know that you not signing to indicate that you merely received or reviewed this contract. You agree to this signed waiver and your initials or signature show that you have understood the content. You also confirm that you have received this document before via eMail and you had enough time to get familiar with it. You agree your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature on this document.

The Event with the Name InterroGAYtion or CUMfession (further called "Event" or "InterroGAYtion" will be managed and presented by 181 TopFloor LLC further called "the Event Team".
I am freely and voluntarily choosing to attend and participate in this private event and to view and/or participate in activities that I know are adult-oriented and sexually explicit.
I am aware that such activities involve acts of domination, submission, bondage, discipline, sadism and masochism, power exchange between willing and consenting male-identifying adults, masturbation, sex or sexual acts, and other explicit and/or extreme sexual fetishes including, but not limited to spanking, paddling, whipping, humiliation, roleplay, suspension, fisting, and other oral, and anal penetration.
In consideration of the Event Team's permission for me to enter its Events, view and/or participate in these activities, and use the facilities and equipment provided, I freely and expressly agree to the terms of this Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability ("Release"). In agreeing to the terms of this Release, I relied solely upon my judgment and have not been influenced to any extent whatsoever in executing this Release by any representations or statements not expressly contained in this Release.

I AM AWARE THAT THESE ACTIVITIES ARE CONSIDERED EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE POSSIBLE NEGLIGENT OR RECKLESS CONDUCT OF OTHER PARTICIPANTS. I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THESE ACTIVITIES WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGERS INVOLVED, AND I ACCEPT AND I ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AND ALL RISKS OF PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR DEATH.

I have a basic understanding of the subject matter and nature of the practices of alternative sexuality involving group sex/scenes, role-play, power exchange, and other BDSM and nonBDSM sexual activities between willing and consenting adults.
I do not find any of these subjects or activities offensive or objectionable to me in any manner whatsoever.

I understand that this event is a private event open only to those who have been approved by the Event Team.
I further understand and agree that any goods or services I acquire from attending the event are not necessarily services; they are for my personal use only and are used for leisure activities only.
I agree to abide by and follow all the safety and use instructions. As consideration for me being permitted to participate in and/or attend this event, I agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Event Team, other participants, volunteers, presenters, and vendors from any claims, including claims based upon negligence, arising out of my participation, in and/or attendance at this event or any activities associated with this event.
This agreement also binds my family members, heirs, and executors. I as a result of this release forever discharge the Event Team, its officers, directors, fraternals, associates, and other members from all actions, claims, and demands that I or my representatives now have or may hereafter have for injury or damage resulting from my participation in any Events from the Events Team.
This Release is to operate as a full and final release of any and all rights I or my Representatives now have or may have in the future against the Event Team, its officers, directors, fraternals, associates, and/ or other members in connection with my participation in any Events of the Events Team.

The rights released specifically include any and all rights I may have under California Code of Civil Procedure section 1542, which provides as follows: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor."

4. In the event of any litigation, dispute, or arbitration arising out of this agreement or my participation in and/or attendance at this event, I agree that the sole venue shall be litigation in Multnomah County, Oregon where the the Event Team resides.
Should any portion of this agreement be invalidated, all remaining portions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

I understand that I will never solicit for prostitution nor consent to any form of payment for any acts done during the event, demonstration, meeting, or gathering of any type sponsored by the Event Team and that I am aware that such solicitations and related activities are illegal under Oregon, California and Notional Prostitution and Solicitation Laws.

I understand that in general, attendance at any large gathering involves the risk of contact with contagious diseases such as but not limited to, COVID-19, and sexually transferred diseases like HIV or Syphilis, and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Team and the Venue where the Event is present from any such contact, and I assume all risks thereof. I further agree to abide by all COVID (or any future Health crisis) restrictions in place at InterroGAYtion including the vaccination requirement, mask-wearing, temperature checks, and testing, as applicable.

Conclusion, Rules, and Signature

I, the undersigned, have carefully read this document and fully understand its contents.
Hereby certify that I am over 18 years of age - or the minimum age of my state if that is different from 18 - , that the name on my registration is my true and legal name, and that my signature below is my true legal name.
I have read and agree to abide by the Events rules as contained in https://interrogaytion.com/rules/ and I declare that I have signed this waiver in advance with enough time to understand the rules.
I hereby agree to be bound by the terms of this Voluntary Waiver and Release from Liability and the rules.
I will follow orders by the Event Team and Volunteers.
I agree that an electronic version of this executed Release has the same force and effect as an original.
