Refund Policy


You have bought your ticket and now have problems joining the event?

We are just a small team and cancelations of a paid ticket is hard on us – but we feel it is the same for you – so we decided to make fair, simple but clear rules. To easily refund you your hard-earned money.

Do not worry

until 1 Week before the event we will refund in full to the original form of payment – including fees. Of course, you can choose to turn it into a Saved Ticket.
until 1 day before the event we will not be able to refund you, but on request, we will turn your ticket into a “saved Ticket” See more about saved Ticket at the Ticket information page
if you have an STI/STD result that shows that you have an STI/STD or you are worried about infecting others – even when the results are not back – we will refund you in full, fees included.
cancelation on the day of the event is not possible and will count as a “no show” – and of course for “now shows” we are not able to refund or turn it into a saved ticket.
The reason is obvious but we still want to explain this: Your space at the event will most likely not be possible to be replaced, and we have an empty space. While we do not guarantee any playtime for our guests we try to maintain a successful formula for our guest ratio. With you not showing this has a deeper influence than just money. We are pretty sure you will understand.

The best way to reach us is a DM via Telegram or write an email please include the Name used on the Ticket and the related eMail that way we can find your Ticket the fastest.

We do not want a black market for InteroGAYtion Ticket, so we do not allow resales.
Tickets are personalized and a resale is not allowed. At the venue, we will check if the ticket is in the correct name if there is no match we will not let the guest in.
If you need to change a name on the ticket please contact us before the day of the event you have the ticket for.
